These Terms of Service govern your use of CutepidClub and purchases made through this online store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Store and platform
CutepidClub operates this store. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and process transactions.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, payment, billing, and shipping information and for keeping any account credentials secure.
3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, lighting, and the natural or handmade characteristics of an item. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Availability can change without notice.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information appears incorrect, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase, but cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, or shipment preparation has started.
5. Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the site or checkout states otherwise. Shipping charges, discounts, and any applicable taxes are shown before the order is submitted. Prices and promotions can change, but changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, refunds, and damaged items
Eligibility, request procedures, evidence requirements, return conditions, costs, and refund timing are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
